The C134 Quick Change Contact Wheel has a removable aluminum hub that is compatible with a range of tires in various face widths and hardness. All hubs and tires are independently balanced to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation. This wheel (hub and tire) is also compatible with those of the same design from other manufacturers.
Assembly of a replacement tire onto a quick-change hub is easily done. Simply remove the flat head Allen set-screws from the retaining ring, then take off the worn tire and replace it with a new tire. Once complete, reassemble the retaining ring and make sure the balance marks are properly aligned.

- Grinders with shorter spindles
C200 Contact Wheels utilize aluminum flanges to reduce a 3-1/2″ pilot hole to the required bore size. With the flanges assembled, the wheel has a 1-1/4″ length through the bore, making it adaptable to shorter-than-usual spindles. Both wheels and flanges are dynamically balanced independently for smooth operation. Wheels and flanges may be used interchangeably with products of the same design from other manufacturers.
Wheels are made of a heavy-gauge steel core with rubber molded to the diameter.
C200 Contact Wheels Product Details:
- Rubber densities range from 20 to 95 durometers with a plain or serrated face
- Standard diameters are 12″ and 14″ with face widths from 1″ to 4″ in 1/2″ increments
- Dynamically balanced aluminum flanges reduce the 3-1/2″ pilot hole to the desired bore size
- Flanges and wheels are balanced independently to ensure smooth, vibration-free operation
